I. Orders

 

  • What are the accepted payment methods?

Only by PayPal because:
– Shop with convenience: buy in a few clicks, just enter your email and password when you pay with PayPal
– Shop with confidence: get your money back for purchases that don’t arrive or turn out to be significantly different with PayPal buyer protection.
– Shop more securely: your merchant receives your payment not your credit card details or other financial information.

 

  • Can I cancel or change an order?

Our objective is to deliver you as quickly as possible, Our organization team takes care of the order one by one shortly after the passage of your purchase. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours and when the order moves into the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled.

 

  • How to track my order when it is shipped?

The information on your order is available in the “order tracking” tab, You’ll just have to enter you tracking number then click on “track”.

 

 

II. Delivery

 

  • Where do you deliver?

We deliver all around the world.

 

  • Do you deliver to a Relay point?

For now, we do not offer the delivery in relay point, but directly at home.

 

  • What are the shipping costs?

For France, the delivery will be charged 5€ and for the International the delivery will be charged 9€.
– International Customs and import Duties:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
These can be substantial and our shipping costs do not cover these charges. Please check your country’s importing policies before purchasing.
Seller is not responsible for lost or stolen items once shipped.

 

  • What is your delivery time?

Please allow 3-4 weeks to reach its destination. It can be earlier…
Shipping time are estimated and cannot be guaranteed, it varies by destination, it may be subject to postal delay or other events beyond our control.

 

  • How do you pack your items?

Ours products will be wrapped for safe transit, in a gift bag ready for giving, then sent in a padded envelope.

 

  • What should I do if there is a delivery problem?

If your order has not arrived and the estimated delivery date is exceeded, our customer service is at your disposal to help you. However, we invite you to do some checks:
– Check that your contact information is update in your Nina des Criquets account.
– Check if you have not received a notice of transit. Your order could be dropped at a Post Office near your place.
– Check with your neighbours or your caretaker.
If you still do not have your package after these checks, please contact us via the “Contact us” section, and we will fix that the faster that we can.

 

 

III. Returns

 

  • How to return a product?

If the item you have purchased does not suit you, you have the possibility to return it to us by your own means within 1 week from the date of receipt of your order. For more information, please see the questions below. Any returned items must not have been worn. Any returned item soiled and / or damaged by the customer, will not be exchanged or refunded. Note that lingerie is not eligible for returns. The exchanges are only possible on the same products for a different size. To make a change of address during an exchange, please contact us via the “Contact us” section.

 

  • I didn’t receive the right article or my item is defective?

In this case, we invite you to contact the customer service Nina des Criquets, via the “Contact us” section. In addition, for a quick processing of your request, please give us your order number and attach a photo of the product received.

 

  • What are the terms of exchange and refund?

From receipt in our warehouse, requests for exchanges and refunds will be processed within 3 working weeks. Please note that when a refund request is made, the shipping costs will not be refunded.

 

  • Can I return the item on my own?

The Client shall send back the Product to NINA DES CRIQUETS:
– exclusively to the address NINA DES CRIQUETS, BP 40, 13670 St Andiol, France
– by the carrier of his choice, it being specified that he shall bear the returning charges;
– within a (7) seven-weekday period, as attested by the date postmarked by the post office or by the carrier;
– Enclosing the delivery form and the customs documents if any.

 

  • Do I have to return the item in the original packaging?

Yes, you should return the item in their original packaging.

  • What if I forget my password?

Simply click on “Login” and then “Password forgotten?” Then follow our instructions to reset it.

 

  • How do I change my personal information (e-mail, name, password, address)?

Once logged in, you can modify all these parameters by clicking on “addresses” then click on edit.
